We will exercise Hatha yoga. \nTypes of tickets that you can buy: \n8 eur one drop in lesson \n59 eur ¨C 10 times ticket you can use within 12 weeks \nIn case that sometimes you can not attend the class your friend can use the card instead of you. \nFeel free to contact us with any kind of questions at: yoga@internationals.sk \nInstructor: Visak Raveendran\, certified yoga teacher from India \nVisak comes from the town of Trivandrum in south-Indian Kerala\, which is known as the cradle of Ayurveda. There he has developed a close relationship with Yoga and Ayurvedic therapies. He has been educated in this area for many years in various Ayurvedic health resorts and hospitals. He also worked for more than a year as a Yoga teacher in Sivananda Yoga Vedanta in the cities of Chennai and Thekkady. \nSince 2015 he has worked in Slovakia as a Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist. At his class he teaches a typical traditional yoga that has many therapeutic and health-beneficial effects. In children¡¯s yoga classes\, he can create interest in children for Yoga and make them incorporate it as part of a normal regular life. \nVisak has a modest and positive attitude to life. Any life situation\, whether positive or negative\, is perceived as a valuable experience. \nAll these qualities and many others will Visak show you during his Yoga classes. \n
